Change of bin position without amending Lease

Can anybody tell me if it is necessary to amend to full Lease if the bin store as originally detailed on the site plan is changed. The Lease does contain a clause which states the bin position maybe changed by the Landlord so long as he serves the appropriate notices.

Depends!
If lease includes bin store in land demised to T, L cannot change the extent (even by Notice) without Deed of Variation involving T too.
If lease excludes bin store but gives T easement to use an area shown for that purpose, L may be competent to change it by Notice.
