Could anyone tell me if there is an example of an AST agreement on this site. I am looking to buy to let for the first time. Are they standard sort of agreements or do they vary greatly.
Secondly. I have read lots on this forum about s8's and s21's. I gather that they are forms for getting rid of knobeads (to put it bluntly), but can anyone tell this knobead where I can get a copy of these forms and what set of rules they are from.
