Tenant check for foreign tenant?

I have a potential tenant from within Europe who is coming to work for a large company in the UK. How will I go about doing a credit check?

quite difficult so we always get them to provide a UK based guarantor or pay six monthly.

Why not let to the large company itself, allowing it to sub-let to the employee?
