:confused: Any ideas gratefully received!
I'm trying to buy a converted ground and basement apartment which has been done to an extremely high standard but my current lender won't lend because of the 'basement' aspect. In reality it was originally the cellars and working areas of a large Victorian house which has since been split into 5 apartments. Can recommend a sympathetic lender with some imagination?
