Hi
we moved out Saturday and received today an Email from our LA
but we are not sure if this is correct (LA has a bad name and is known for not telling always the truth)
"with regards to your deposit, you need to get in touch with DPS and ask for the deposit to be returned to you. You will need your deposit ID and repayment ID. If you did not receive these particulars, please contact the DPS and ask for it to be sent to your current address. DPS can be contacted on 0870 707 1 707.
When Richard does the inspection at 2 *****this evening and is happy with the condition, I will then agree to the deposit being repaid to you when I receive the repayment form (which will be received when you initiate the deposit repayment)."
