How many letting agents do you use?

Hi All

As a relatively novice buy to let investor with a growing portfolio, I am interested in finding out how many letting agents you go to, to find tenants each time one of your properties becomes available to let?

Find a good one and you will only need one. Though it may make a agent try and find a tenant faster if he knew he was competing against another agent.
