Hi
We are looking at buying 2 x Coach Houses (apartments).
Each property is a 2-bed with en-suite to master.
They are both FREEHOLD. There are 4 garages underneath each one - one of which belongs to each Coach House.
The other garages are on leases of 999 years or so, with a contribution to insurance paid to freeholder by each owner.
The "selling price" of each Coach House is £135,000.
We are buying at £120,000 each and are looking at a BTL for each of £60,000 or 50% LTV.
Rental income is £500pcm each.
We dont really have any income to speak of.
Does anyone know of any 2 or 3 year fixes with no or low charges.
Any help is appreciated - you can pm if you wish.
