Investing in your future
How the financials stack up
Our franchise fee is £18, 500 + VAT and to open your Martin & Co high street office you will need to invest a total of £85,000 + VAT. (An online set up is c£35,000+VAT)
Due to the success of our franchise, the major high street banks will lend up to 70% of the cost of the franchise depending on your personal circumstances.
You will pay monthly Management Services Fee of 9% of turnover + VAT. This pays for all the ongoing support you will receive from our dedicated support team.
Your return on investment will always be intrinsically linked to the effort that you put in to your business. However, on average our franchise owner turnover £275k by year 3 and we will be able to work through potential figures for your franchise during a discovery meeting.
