Kevin Firth, director of the LPS, hopes it will be an opportunity to start a conversation with those that work in the rental sector. Over the next few weeks, he will be blogging on everything from the importance of inventories to rent guarantees to tenant referencing and home safety.

We hope that the blog will be a way of sharing information and advice across the sector. We also hope that the blog will cover issues that are of most relevance to landlords which is why we want to know what landlords and letting agents think.
