It seems overly complicated particularly regarding the repayments. How much time is involved in setting it up? Three quotes? Having to pay for the repayments if the property is empty? It won't affect my properties as I have already paid huge amounts of money for them to be upgraded and they are all in the A/B bracket - however I may have to fork out for sprinklers as a Welsh landlord but that's another story..
