		<description>Its a matter of developers and their legal teams not talking to agents so that every lease has a clause requiring the duplication of the relevant clauses in each tenancy, and requiring a formal licence, again setout in the lease as standard to save costs. 

Its about time that the remedies are not solely forfeiture but that a county court can fine the flat owners for their tenants breach, and the costs charged to the owners in full without the interference of the LVT.</description>
