What’s really going on with buy-to-let? Another day, brings another theory. We are told it’s a bad time to enter this tricky market, then we learn that this is a good moment to join the buy-to-let gravy train.

  1. We have seen an influx of properties onto our holiday website. A few advertisers we have spoken to have said that the holiday market has boomed in the last year. More and more families are booking holiday cottages and apartments in the UK. Some properties are already fully booked all through the summer and are now taking autumn bookings from pet owners looking for an out of season holiday. At least with holiday properties you get a deposit per booking, and the properties very rarely any work inbetween visitors other than cleaning..
