The best time to BUY will be when prices are low, and sentiment is NOT bearish. Bullish sentiment, during this brief "false spring" Dead Cat bounce of 2009, is just another reason to stay away. I'm a landlord, making money, and selling down. But I'm not in the UK, which is only a place for fools and suckers. You don’t get it, do you?
