LandlordZONE RSSRSS is known variously as Really Simple Syndication or Rich Site Summary
It is an XML format for sharing web content like news headlines and stories. An RSS news feed service (also known as an RSS channel) consists of a list of items, each of which contains a headline, description, and a link to a web page.
With the LandlordZONE RSS feed service, articles, information or news items relating to rental property matters is made available at www.LandlordZONE.co.uk and can be accessed by the link in the RSS service.
To use RSS, you will need a special RSS news reader or aggregator that will allow you to collect and display RSS service.
There are many of these available on the Internet - some are free - we recommend FeedDemon by Bradbury Software - http://www.bradsoft.com
RSS news readers such as FeedDemon will allow you
to automatically retrieve updates on your favourite
topics and receive new information as soon as it is
published.
Once set-up your news reader will enable you to use
the LandlordZONE RSS.
To subscribe to the LandlordZONE RSS, right-click on a channel and select “New Channel”. The wizard will then tell you how to enter the location (URL) of the service.
This method makes keeping up to date much more efficient. Subscribing is as easy as copying the URL to your reader. Readers can store many URL's.
This technology has recently shown a resurgence of
interest in 2005 as Yahoo is taking the concept on
board.
Any web site can publish content in RSS format.
